    We apologize for the issue you are facing with your Content AI credits not being refreshed this month. To resolve this, please ensure that you refresh the credits manually. You can do this by following these steps:

    1. Go to your WordPress Dashboard.
    2. Navigate to Rank MathGeneral SettingsContent AI.
    3. Look for the option to refresh the credits and click on it.

    Once you have refreshed the credits, please check again to see if they have updated correctly. If the issue persists, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from our support team will assist you further.
