    Hi Rank Math Support Team,

    I recently purchased the Rank Math PRO plan (about 3 days ago), but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations.

    The features I was hoping to use were either unavailable or incompatible with my current WordPress setup. In particular, I rely heavily on custom functions in my theme’s functions.php, and I experienced conflicts when using Rank Math PRO.

    I initially submitted a support ticket, but although I received a reply, I was unable to access it for some reason. I followed up via email yesterday with the same request, but I haven’t received any response yet.

    As the purchase is still within the refund period, I would like to kindly request a cancellation and refund of my Rank Math PRO subscription.

    I appreciate your help and look forward to your reply.

    Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    Our team has initiated the refund so you no longer have access the the PRO tickets you created.

    You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.

    If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.

    For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.
