Rank math pro not being shown in Wordpress

    Rank Math pro

    My website immigrationnewscanada.ca is shown with a PRO license in RankMath dashboard, but in WordPress it shown as FREE version.

    I tried disconnecting the account and then reconnecting, but it continues to show as FREE version.

    I even tried initiating SETUP WIZARD from beginning till end, but it still shows FREE version.

    That transaction has been refunded and you can see the details of the request you made and the updated invoice in the Sensitive Data section of this ticket.

    You do have another previous Rank Math PRO subscription since you mentioned that you have a duplicate subscription but the other subscription has been ended just last month.

    Okay, how come my other sites are showing PRO? All are on the same subscription. Please advise.

    If you installed and connected those websites to your account while you still had the subscription, they will be shown as PRO under the license column.

    You may need to resubscribe to Rank Math PRO if you want to continue using it on your websites.

    Also, all of the data you have already configured in Rank Math is saved in your database, so there shouldn’t be any data loss when your subscription expires.
