Add Rank math to your site then go through the setup wizard in which you will be able to import from Yoast. After the import, Rank math should automatically deactivate Yoast on your site. Once done, check all your meta and other settings to ensure everything is correctly imported to Rank math and if there is no issue then you can proceed to delete the Yoast plugin.
Please create a backup of your site before going through the process.
