Hi, I purchased the starter package to try out on one domain http://www.homeandgardentreats.com but I’m not seeing them available in the dashboard? What do I need to do? Perhaps it’s the email I used? I did purchase them with my main email r****@k************ and perhaps I should have used i***@h********************** – lmk what I need to do. thanks, rick

Log into your Rank Math account using the email address you used to purchase the credits (r****@k************).

Check your credits by navigating to your Rank Math account dashboard and going to Rank Math > Account > Websites or directly visiting this URL: Rank Math Account – Websites. Here, you should see the total number of Content AI credits available.

If the credits are showing correctly in your account but not on your website, please go to your WordPress admin area and navigate to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help. From there, disconnect and then reconnect your Rank Math account.

After reconnecting, refresh the Content AI credits in your dashboard to ensure it requests the updated credits from our server.
If you still do not see the credits after following these steps, please reply to this ticket with any additional details, and a human agent from our support team will assist you further.
