Please go through this video tutorial that shows you how to get started with your PRO license:

Please install the Rank Math PRO plugin files if you haven’t already from your registered account from here:
https://rankmath.com/my-account/

Once you have activated the PRO plugin, please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and click the connect/disconnect and then the connect button.

You will be taken to RankMath.com again where you can connect your account to activate your license.

You do not need to remove the free version of the plugin. Everything will be ported over to the PRO version.

Also, please ensure that there are no Ad-Blockers installed in your browser or your website is excluded in order to ensure a smooth experience with Rank Math PRO.

If that does not help, then, please record a video screencast using a tool like Loom and share that along with your WordPress login details by editing the first post on this ticket and adding that information in the designated Sensitive Data section.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
