    Hello, I can’t make a payment, I live in Azerbaijan, I decided to purchase it because of the $69.00 discount, but the payment doesn’t go through, how can I make a payment?

    1. Select Your Current Location: Ensure that the country displayed in the dropdown menu at the top-right corner of the checkout page is set to Azerbaijan. If it shows a different country, please select Azerbaijan.
      Change country in Fastspring

    2. Turn Off Your VPN or Proxy: If you are using a VPN or proxy server, please turn it off as it may interfere with the payment process. Some browsers also have built-in VPNs, so check your browser settings.
      Some browsers have in-built VPNs

    3. Check Your Payment Method: Make sure that your credit or debit card supports international payments and subscription-based payments. Prepaid cards are not accepted.

    4. Contact Your Bank: If everything seems correct and the payment still does not go through, we recommend contacting your bank to find out if there are any restrictions on your card that might be blocking the payment.

    Please ensure that your payment method supports the following:

    Payments in USD $
    Supports subscription-based payments
    You are not using a prepaid card
    International payments are turned on
    Your IP is not a Proxy, or you are using any VPN or hosting service

    If everything from the above is enabled and working, you can also try using a credit card instead.

    You can also call your bank and ask what’s stopping the payment from going through and request them to approve it on your end.
