  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with the WordPress database error. The error message indicates that there is an unknown column from_url in the wp_rank_math_redirections_cache table. This could be due to a few reasons, such as a plugin conflict or an incomplete database update.

Here are some steps you can take to resolve this issue:

    1. Check for Plugin Conflicts: Deactivate all plugins except for Rank Math and see if the error persists. If the error goes away, reactivate the plugins one by one to identify the conflicting plugin.

    2. Repair the Database: You can try repairing your database using phpMyAdmin. Log into your hosting account, navigate to phpMyAdmin, select your database, and use the "Repair" option on the wp_rank_math_redirections_cache table.

    3. Update Rank Math: Ensure that you are using the latest version of Rank Math. Sometimes, updating the plugin can resolve issues related to database schema changes.

    4. Restore from Backup: If you have a recent backup of your site, consider restoring it to a point before this error occurred.

    5. Contact Hosting Provider: If none of the above solutions work, it may be beneficial to contact your hosting provider for assistance, as they may be able to help with database issues.

If you continue to experience this issue after trying these steps, please reply to this ticket with your site URL, and a human agent from our support team will assist you further. Thank you for raising this concern!
