You can clearly see that the email that we used was the email for our account. We never received any email invoice or login details, we have checked our spam folder and inbox. That is why we are inquiring. The image that I provided is the after purchase screenshot.

email address, where you’ve misspelled the instutute
word.
However, we have gone ahead and merged your accounts and kept the correct email address. Please check from your end if everything is in order.
