Working Sitemap is white without any changes

    Hi Team,
    My pages were indexed and suddenly I saw that Google showing Indexed, not in site-map. When I check I found it is white.
    I am not sure if this ticket is visible to everyone, I can’t provide you access.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Can you please follow these steps?
    1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
    https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp

    2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/

    That should fix the issue. Please let me know if that does not. We are here to assist.

    I have been using Rankmath without any issue from almost 1+ month. Now suddenly start seeing this issue, I am not sure it is due to indexing api installation. Let me know if you want access and can fix for me, where shall I provide info to keep it secure?

    No option to add following code in Cloudflare
    sitemap?\.xml?
    [a-z0-9_\-]*sitemap[a-z0-9_\-]*\xml|xsl)?
    ([az0-9_\-]*?)sitemap([a-z0-9_\-]*)?.xml

    Clourflare rules are specific to URL and option can be enable and disabled. No option to set this code.

    I have configured shared rules with Cache Level ByPass and issue is resolved. I will monitor this and will update if any further issue.
