Adding a domain

Hi guys, I’m having a terribly frustrating time trying to add another domain to my account. I have had a domain with Rank math installed and it worked perfectly. I have switched the domain over to a new one and it doesn’t seem to be working. When i go to the set up wizard, my domain isn’t listed. Neither the old or new one. I have tried to find an option to add the new domain name and I don’t seem to be able to do it anywhere. I have tried inputting new redirects that don’t lead to anywhere but the original pages I’m trying to redirect away from. I am obviously missing something, but i’ve been at this most of the day and I feel like I’ve now ran out of options that i can think of to get this plug in to work properly on the new domain.
