Can’t Edit Analytics Settings

    Hello, I have been getting an error on my WordPress dashboard saying “Universal Analytics (UA) is no longer supported. Please connect your Google Analytics GA4 account by navigating to General Settings → Analytics. For more details, refer to this guide: How to Use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Property with Rank Math.”

    However, when I try to update my analytics settings (which are already GA4, not UA) the dropdowns are greyed out and I can’t change anything. My client isn’t happy about this so let me know if I am approaching this wrong.

    Hello,

    Since Rank Math no longer supports UA, please ensure the Tracking Code is enabled in Rank Math’s Analytics settings to activate GA4 tracking. If the dropdowns are greyed out, try reconnecting your Google account under Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics.

    Head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and reconnect the Google service and this time, ensure that all permissions are checked:
