I have attached some screenshots in the sensitive section. Google is reading the Job posting schema on a number of your posts, check screenshot 1.
Your posts however seem to also have an article schema added by your them or one of your plugins, check screenshot 2. This might be taking precedence over the Job posting schema and therefore causing your job posts not to appear as so to crawlers.
You will need to find the setup adding this article schema and disable or remove it t have your posts having Job Posting schema.
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), to determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

i didnt understand by your post about ARTICLE SCHEMA-table of contents plugin. i have enabled a plugin to show the list of sub titles in a post and it has been added only from last 3 days.The above job posting problem which i mentioned is of long time error. It is there from more than 2 months of usage of rank math.I tried out with your rich results list,it is showing there with warnings ,but could not identify why it is not appearing in google job alerts .even today-11-11-2020 I posted 4 jobs and only one job post appeared in google for jobs. i understand that google for jobs is something where google aggregates jobs of different types and locations and also timing is also shown error in google for jobs. the posted appearing in google for jobs is showing 8 hours before posted,but i have posted only 2 hours before. I am expecting a proper support since i want to continue using of rank math ,but i think without this features usable i have to stick to free version or worse return to other seo’s .And i did try installing trouble shoot by healthsite ,but i didnt get the troubleshoot option in the same place as you have mentioned.for clarity purpose I deleted all other plugins which was not in use to avoid conflicts. i am using newspaper 10.3 latest version for your reference.

I meant that Google is reading article schema(added by your theme) in addition to the Job posting schema added by Rank math:
This may what is causing your post to lag in being added to Google jobs.
That said, Rank Math plugin adds the necessary markup for rich snippets. If you test the page on Google’s Structured data testing tool, there shouldn’t be any errors: https://search.google.com/test/rich-results
If that is the case, there is nothing to worry about and it is just a waiting game until Google decides to include Schema for your website. Please note that although Rank Math adds proper schema to your website, it is ultimately Google’s decision if they want to include them with your website or not. It depends on a lot of factors, authority and backlinks being just the 2 of them.
Here’s what Google says:
“Google does not guarantee that your structured data will show up in search results, even if your page is marked up correctly according to the Structured Data Testing Tool.”

I think the problem was with the classic editor which we were using ,but when i used block editor most pf the posts or all posts are appearing in google for jobs ,but with same timing -i dont have to control the time of publishing ,since it is not there in rank math also i find that most our plugins are compatible with classic editor and not block editor.so we are planning to go back to classic editor ,but i believe the problem will co-exist at that time.kindly advice.

Sorry for the delay.
You can also use the classic editor if that can handle your post’s timing as well as your other plugins compatibility.
In addition, if the job posting Schema is showing up in the page source and on the rich results test, even though Rank Math adds the Schema, it is ultimately Google’s decision whether they want to show rich results for a post or now and they do that only when it is relevant for the search term.

I agree it is Google decision, but most of my job posts appeared in Google for jobs when I published through block editor, but none when I published through classic editor of rank math. Is there any error or setting issue please confirm. Because I am planning to buy pro version only if it supports entirely.

If there was any issue with the schema being added to your pages then the schema would not be added to you pages or seen by the Rich results testing tool.
Given this is not the case, then all settings are perfectly fine from Rank math schema settings and it might be just Google’s choice.
You can try creating a post with the block editor and the classic editor at approximately the same publish data then check to see if there is a difference in how they appear on your post results.
