Credits not refreshing

    We used them up in January when we first used RankMath, it then said that it would refresh in Feb, I look elsewhere in the account and I now see an April date (21st), I suppose that it said March also at one time, but nothing ever changes, it has always remained at 0 with the future promise of a refresh – we do not need that many nor that often, but we do expect this to work as promised. If this doesn’t work, it makes me hesitant about investing in any upgrade.

    To resolve this, please follow these steps:

    1. Log in to the account that you used to purchase your Content AI credits.
    2. Navigate to Rank Math > Account > Website or visit this URL: Rank Math Account Area to check your remaining credits.
    3. If the credit count is correct but not showing on your website, go to your WordPress admin area and navigate to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help. From there, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account. Here are the steps visually:
      • Disconnect: Disconnect
      • Reconnect: Reconnect
    4. After reconnecting, head back to Content AI and refresh the credits count again to ensure the plugin requests the updated credits from our server. You can refresh the credits by following this screenshot: Refresh Credits.

    If you still encounter issues after following these steps, please reply to this ticket with your site URL, and a human agent from our support team will assist you further.

    I have found those steps online and there was no change in results

    Please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

    I wanted to send a screen shot, but it looks like that is not supported. I get the pop up message:

    account_free_limit_reached

    We just set up the account and used the AI function a number of times on different fields – unlike what is generally implied with refreshing, it looks that somehow that is not the case for us.

    We have manually disconnected the website from our end. Now, please try to reconnect your website with your Rank Math account by navigating to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Help and then click on Connect Now.

    Once you click on Connect Now, please ensure that you’ve selected the correct account and then click on OK, Activate Now, as shown below. In case you’ve multiple Rank Math licenses associated with your Rank Math account, then you can click the License drop-down to choose your preferred license to activate on this website.

    Also, please make sure that you are running the latest version of Rank Math plugin.

    The feature of free Content AI credit is limited to AI generation using AI tools and AI generation inside the editor.

    Content AI Research, Editing Bulk SEO Meta, and Multiple Sessions in RankBot will not work for users without a separate plan.

    Instructions followed, all seems well with the set up and now the credits have reappeared. After the initial set up we will study the AI effect and use the credits sparingly in the future.
